APE (Monkey Audio) not always supported so convert to FLAC..
Download Foobar2000: http://www.foobar2000.org/download
Download Monkey Audio component: http://www.foobar2000.org/components/view/foo_input_monkey
Download FLAC: http://flac.sourceforge.net/download.html

Install Foobar2000 with Optional components.
Run Foobar2000
File>Preferences>Components
Select install
Locate "foo_input_monkey.fb2k-component"
Install and Apply by restarting Foobar2000

Open .APE file. Select file(s) to convert. Right-Click. Select Convert..
Change format type from WAV to FLAC
Locate FLAC.exe on your PC
Hit Convert...
